Arranged AA pre-purchase inspection for Toyota Prius online which was very satisfactory. Jim arranged minor faults to be remedied & registration, wof etc. Level of service from Jim could not be faulted throughout this transaction & on pickup another salesperson went to great lengths to discuss and explain operating procedure for this hybrid vehicle. Would recommend DNA. We were out of town customers and worked primarily over email and telephone to learn about the vehicle we were interested in buying. In the end, we did not buy the van, but this was no fault of DNA.
